Pricing & seasons
In the high season, the Hideaway is rented on a weekly basis — preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside the high season, shorter stays are possible (minimum 3 nights).

Utility fee & cleaning
- The utility fee is charged per day and paid before the start of your stay.
- It covers heating, electricity, water, and firewood for the hot tub.
- Charging of electric vehicles is not included and will be billed separately at € 0.50/kWh.
- Final cleaning is mandatory and charged at € 220 per stay.

Example:
Weekly rent: €1.050
Utility fee (7 nights): €196
Final cleaning: €220
Total: €1.466
Payment terms
- If the start of your stay is more than 90 days away, 20% of the total rental price is due at the time of booking.
- If the start of your stay is less than 90 days away, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- Payment is made by bank transfer.
